Times have changed, but the laws of
nature remain the same
What an honor it is to be alive at this time in
history. To witness transformation on a planetary level. That is exactly what we
are doing. For many years, I have had deeply spiritual “types” question why they
were on the planet. They were so above it all. They really just wanted to get
the physical experience over with. It is truly an honor to be a participant in
global change, and to witness it, no matter what your level of participation.
Right now I see a lot of fear, and uncertainty in
people. Most of this is simply a reflection of our spiritual bankruptcy as a
whole. The way the universe works is still the same, nothing has changed. What
has changed is that we have manifested our spiritual bankruptcy. Hallelujah! Now
we have a chance to change that.
In times of transition if you do not have a solid
awareness or understanding of how the laws of nature work, you are likely
afraid. Owing to this, metaphysics is going to rise in popularity.
Metaphysicians will see a thirst in the public for practical spirituality.
Define yourself internally not externally. Suze
Orman always said it best, “People first, money second, things third”. Make sure
your priorities are in alignment with prosperity. Be flexible and remain open.
Listen with your heart and your mind. Listen between the lines. Stay away from
programming from the news, and others who want to control you for their benefit,
either emotionally or financially.
You have all the power inside of you that you need
to be successful and navigate all the changes during this time of monumental
transition. As always, look for ways to reframe situations, and to understand
how we have participated in creating our reality, individually and globally.
You chose to be here, and were chosen to be here at
this time in history. You gave yourself the set of challenges you have in order
to solve them for yourself. That’s right. You chose. You knew as a spirit you
were capable of handling transition.
Remind yourself often ”my good is on its way”…”this
too shall pass”…”I have the answers I need”. The universe will respond.
As we experience history in the making this month
make your own history. Believe in the power of the essence of who you are. A
spiritual essence that has no end, that came from a source that knows only well
being, and a source that you will return to one day. That’s your power
source…never forget that…not for one second.
Lastly…celebrate your participation in history. You
watched it happen and you contributed in your own way. You are courageous,
powerful, and beautiful. That is the truth of you that will always be.

Order it Up!
When the noise of the external experience becomes
too loud, these are the times to pull your energy in, focus on the truth of
energy and how it works. If you listen too long to the external fear factor, you
will become it, and it will define your reality.
In turbulent external times, listen to the external
briefly to get the information you need to navigate the physical experience, but
do not become the external information. Now more than ever listen to your inner
guidance, and put your energy and focus into what you want to create, rather
than what you do not want to create.
A wise person recently shared with me her latest
technique she uses to remind herself to stay focused. Her mantra is this: “ORDER
IT UP”. In essence, when you speak, when you think, and ultimately when you act,
you place an order for your life experiences. Be careful what you order,
especially now.
Be disciplined, be strong, laugh, and appreciate
your life. The external is not the truth of who you are. It is a reflection of
who you believe you are.
Be sure you insert the vibration of amusement into
your life. In the words of Og Mandino, “this too shall pass.”
Have a great month!

We may be spirit, but we have a body
too!
So often when we finally learn to embrace spiritually, and our connection to Source, we become so focused on the beauty of the unseen part of life we forget we still have to do the work of meeting the needs of the body.
Often, it is difficult, and tiring to process through the many levels of energy we face as we elevate and clear out negative patterns, thoughts, and feelings. When we feel weary, these are times we begin to doubt what we know is true. That is the very moment we must re
align with the beauty of our body, and the gift Source gave us in having a body.
When the weary moments come, be generous to your physical self through rest, healthy eating, and fun. As we embrace our physical body and the gift of good health we continue to honor Source. We renew our commitment to contribute to life by acknowledging both the value and the need for physical and spiritual health.
This month, remember the needs of the body, as much as you remember the needs of the spirit. Each day strike the balance.

"No Effort Space"
As we strive to expand our career, our
relationships, and often our finances, we tend to think that “hard work” is the
single most important ingredient to meeting our goals. That idea is partially
true. Through our hard work we hone our skills, create and move energy and
typically do realize our goals. Another component equally, if not more important
than hard work, is that of incorporating the energy of “no effort” into our
consciousness.
No effort really means that we are flowing with
whatever is coming our way. That we do not resist whatever is in our path, and
that we acknowledge the beauty or the learning in each step of our process. No
effort also means following the path that presents itself to us easily. Those
experiences or opportunities that just seem to pop-up out of nowhere tend to be
rich in miracle energy, and are often moments of our unfolding synchronicity.
Often we hold preconceptions of how things should
look, or the exact steps our project should follow if we are to reach
success. More often is it being open to new possibilities, and things that
“fall” into our lap that are the most significant contributors to our success.
Whenever you find yourself excessively focused, or
exhausted and burning the candle at both ends, be sure to define the nature of
the energy from which you are creating. Strive as much as you can for a “no
effort” space. In this space spirit can contribute to and power your dreams in
ways you cannot imagine. Source will feed your purpose more efficiently than you
can ever conceive.
This month consider the NO EFFORT SPACE, and what
that means to you, your life and your objectives.

Define Yourself Internally
Too often we find ourselves "off"
track. We think, feel and believe that life is not working for us. Sometimes, we
think feel, and believe life is working against us. We think that somehow life
has forgotten us. In turn we are failures. In many cases this is because we have
relinquished our power. We have literally flushed it down the toilet. We allow
external situations, environments and people to define our worth and our view of
success. We allow external situations to tell us who we are and to give us our
definition of success.
Rather, we need to love ourselves enough, love what Source created enough, to
define our worth and the value of our experience by our own internal standards.
When you reach for validation externally, you always come up short, and foster a
sense of emptiness. Fill
yourself up from the inside out. Trust who you are and what you know. This
process of internal trust, and growing into that as a comfort zone, is where you
find your personal freedom. It is where you develop your personal relationship
with Source. The more you do it, the better you will become at it, and the
closer you will feel to Source. From there the more empowered you will become as
you step firmly into the role of co-creator of your life. Back to top

How to Find the Right
Relationship
The answer to
finding the right person is to become the person you want your "ideal" love to
love. Love has very little to do with finding the right person. It isn't about finding
anyone. It's about discovering yourself. It's about learning to live in sync with who you
are. Amazingly, the person who is right for you is easily found in those places.

You Create Your Reality With
Your Intentions
The work of growth
is discovering our true intentions. Rewards for hard work manifest based upon true
intentions, unconscious or conscious. As such becoming present and responsible for all
your choices is one of the most important commitments you can ever make to yourself. Feel
your intentions in your heart. Feel not what your mind tells you but what
your heart tells you.

Compare Yourself only to
Yourself
The only comparison
that adds a value to your life path is that of comparing yourself to yourself. The truest
rating scale of your comparison should be this:
Are you better off,
happier, more whole than you were before? If the answer is yes, you are on your path, and
you are doing your life's work. If the answer is no, you have a wonderful opportunity to
alter your life, and set new goals.

Listen to Your Conscience
Be still and
listen. Learn to accept stillness and hear your conscience, your own inner voice. Learn to
live in sync with your conscience. In this space you have one of the clearest connections
to God and your nonphysical guides, and are best able to hear and receive their guidance.
In this space you learn to know what your next steps should be and which choices are the
best for you.

Change
We all know, and sometimes take for granted, that the one constant in life is change. Nothing ever really stays the same for very long. We all experience different cycles, some more positive than others. The key to transitioning successfully from cycle to cycle, is to acknowledge first that change is inevitable. And, secondly, to acknowledge that when one door closes another does truly open. We must look for the door and validate it. Choose not to lament for that which is waning.
Life is an ongoing series of expansions and retractions. The more we give ourselves to the process of growth, the more grateful we become for the moments that are truly precious and fun.
If you always have the same diet and quantity, you can never really develop the skill of appreciation and gratitude. If for no other reason than this always embrace change. Gratitude and appreciation go hand in hand with expanding prosperity and deepening love.

Prioritize
Often, when we set goals, we forget to put practical steps for success into our goal plan. We easily see our long-range outcome, but we forget to fill in the road map along the way. Most often the plans and priorities we need in place to achieve success are few and simple. Keep it simple as you plan.
As you set your goals for the New Year, be sure to include realistic steps to navigate the path to your success. For instance, if your goal is weight loss, make sure exercise is a priority. Make sure tempting foods are not in your house. Make sure you have a support system in place to cheer you on while you go.
Often our goals are simply a succession and culmination of self imposed priorities. Our mind needs boundaries to focus on, and to bounce off of as we grow and change. Don’t leave your success up to chance. Fill in the blanks. Have the courage to prioritize your schedule, so that you can give yourself the goal or outcome you desire.
