Q: How can you read someone on the telephone?

A: Psychic reading is the act of interpreting energy from a non-physical source. Your spirit and your soul. Some refer to this practice as using a "sixth" sense. But "seeing" is really a term used to describe images that psychics attach to their interpretation of your energy during the process of a reading. Each person has a vibration associated with their being. You’ve all heard "we all beat to the sound of a different drummer"…well we all have a vibration separate and different from each other. Every psychic has their own way of "tuning-in" to individual vibrations. I use a person’s name to "tune-in". Once tuned in, I am able to "see" a pattern of this person’s planned life experiences. Plans that were made before they incarnated on this planet. This pattern reflects the work and journey of the soul and subsequently the choices of the personality. Psychic reading or tuning-in to energy is a nonphysical process that becomes a physical process through the act of interpretation. It is an interpretation of the nonphysical, not the physical, thus telephone or in-person readings are equally as effective and/or accurate.

Q: How does a reading work?

A: I do a reading three different ways:
     1) I look through your energy, one area of your life at a time, and tell you what I see. That
         process takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Then I open up the reading for specific questions
         and back and forth dialogue.
     2) I look at your primary life themes and then I open up the reading immediately for dialogue
         and questions.
     3) I focus solely on the questions of the person for the entire reading.

Each person has their own ideas and needs, and I let them choose the style they prefer to go with for their reading. I do ask that clients write down their questions before the reading.

Q: How do I recognize a psychic scam?

A: Being in this business for over 20 years has given me an opportunity to get to know a number of other psychics in the community, and also to understand the variety of services offered in the community.

I decided to put this information about psychic scams on my site for several reasons. First, more than once I have been contacted by people who have experienced outrageous deceptions, not only financially but emotionally, after their hopes were built-up for future events… events that would never occur. I have been the bearer of bad news for these people, who then felt foolish and betrayed.

Many people are not experienced enough in psychic understanding and awareness to know a real psychic when they meet one. Their education is based upon what they see on TV, or perhaps stories exchanged among friends. Psychics should be interviewed like you would interview any other profession selling a service. All of us have psychic ability to one degree or another, and you should not give up your common sense nor your own instincts about truth.

Please know that there are many wonderful sincere psychics out there, but unfortunately there is a group of so-called psychics who pray on the vulnerabilities and weaknesses of others for profit. Further, because this group of unethical "psychics" exist, and the sore thumb always sticks out in the media, all psychics get lumped into the same boat with these charlatans hurting our entire profession. All our credibility becomes compromised based upon the deceptions of this group. Then, the value that exists in psychic awareness becomes contaminated for those who truly seek this spiritual information. Myths and misinformation continue to be perpetuated, and the scam artists continue to gain the focus and attention in the media.

Below I have listed a number of the standard scam lines false psychics use. Should anyone try to sell you this bill of goods, hang up the phone as quickly as you possibly can, and never agree to pay a psychic on an on-going basis for some type of "removal" of dark energy. Some of the most famous lines are:

• You have a curse on you from a past life, or now, or someone is putting a curse on you.

• You are plagued with a dark energy from the past. I can help you remove that dark energy….
  for a fee.

• "So and So" is jealous of you. It is this jealously that is holding your good from you.

• For a fee "$$$" I can help you remove this curse, and you will feel a difference in your life,
                  or

• The person you desire is your soul mate, but there is dark energy between you, probably from a past life, and for a fee I can remove all this dark energy, and reunite you with your soul mate.
